What the service provides

The platform offers AI-assisted restoration, enhancement, generation, speech synthesis, media processing, and other creative workflows.

• Upload, process, and generate visual content
• Create images, videos, audio, and presentations from prompts or files
• Organize and manage your saved creations
• Access generated results across different devices

Accounts and security

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information
• If you are under the age required in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only with guardian supervision
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account
• You must notify us promptly about unauthorized use or security incidents

User content

Prompts, text, images, audio, videos, and other materials you submit are input content. Images, audio, videos, and other results generated by the system are output content.

You must ensure that you own or have permission to use the content you upload and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

• You retain rights in your input and output as allowed by law
• You grant us the limited rights needed to provide and improve the service
• Generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently reviewed

Intellectual property

• The platform and its original features are protected by intellectual property laws
• Free-tier output is limited to lawful personal and non-commercial use
• Paid plans may grant broader output usage rights according to the purchased plan
• We may remove infringing content and suspend repeat infringers

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to break laws or infringe the rights of others
• Do not generate illegal, fraudulent, infringing, hateful, harassing, pornographic, or misleading content
• Do not bypass technical safeguards or reverse engineer the service
• Do not use generated content to deceive others or remove required AI origin labels

Payments and refunds

The platform may offer both free and paid services. By purchasing paid services, you agree to the pricing and payment terms shown at checkout.

Except where required by law, subscriptions, credits, and other virtual services are generally non-refundable. Approved exceptions are handled at our discretion based on the unused portion of the purchase.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

The service and generated output are provided on an “as is” basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy.
